Google driverless car involved in 'worst crash yet' after van runs a red light

A Google driverless car has collided with a commercial van, in what is thought to be the worst accident involving an autonomous vehicle yet.

On Friday, a Lexus outfitted with Google's autonomous driving technology was struck by a van that ran a red light in Mountain View, California.
