For the last 20 years, I have been taking classes toward a Bachelor's degree and I'm finally, officially graduated! I earned my degree in Business Management. I'm not sure where it will take me from here, but at least I finally got it! It has not been an easy journey.
In the last 12 months, specifically, I took 60 credit hours. That's 2 years worth of schooling in 1 year. I also averaged a 3.94 GPA, getting a B+ and one A- during the year. During the fall semester alone, I took 20 credit hours. Simultaneously, I have been rehabbing a house I own, posting videos on YouTube, and trying to be there for my wife and 5 kids. I'm so thankful to have an amazing wife who supported me through all of this. I hope to start posting on here regularly again. I'll be posting real estate investing information to teach others about real estate investing, and I hope to show you all my rehab once it is done.
