There are some PC hacks you can use to improve the game play, Which will include the following.
Use a third party software named - Game booster it helps running your game with the optimal performance by utilizing the computer resources correctly. Though the improvement is very minimal.
Increase the Virtual Memory - In case you have less ram ( 4GB to 8GB) you may find it difficult to run few games and even if you are able to run them they may run slowly. So if you have enough HDD space you may allocate some of the memory to be the virtual memory, Hence increasing the performance some what.
Reduce the in game setting to low or very low if available - For example I get 40 fps if I put all in game setting in PUBG to high and If I set them to low or very low the fps increases to 120.
Try changing the game application affinity from Task Manager - This may seem to be a weird idea but it may help sometimes but reducing the stuttering and lag in game.
Purchase a RAM instead of Purchasing a GFX - Again its just my wild analysis, Some game might just need some more ram and may run perfectly fine and you might be thinking its a GFX issue.
Doing the above tweaks may help you achieve the below.
- Better FPS.
- Less Lag/ Rubber banding
- Unexpected shutdown / game crash.
- Removes Stuttering
- However as there is no alternative for technique and talent, Similarly there is no alternative for a GPU, Hence the reason for their invention. The smoothness, Lag free game play and better FPS can only be achieved if you have a good GFX card installed.
