The feeling of Gratitude is a very positive feeling and it comes to us when we are in sync with ourselves and completely contended with what life is giving us in every moment. The feeling of Gratitude comes when we are in mode of appreciation, when we start valuing the little things around us. The feeling of Gratitude comes when we feel satisfied with what we have received from life. It is one of the most powerful and positive feeling and if we stay in this frequency, we will automatically find life very blissful. We will feel that everything is beautiful around us and whatever is happening is for a reason.
When we express our Gratitude to someone or for something if we closely observe more than the other person, we are feeling happy about it. Gratitude is a very powerful tool for self-healing. This is one emotion that raises our frequency so high that it has the power to eliminate the negative energy around us. It brings a lot of kindness and compassion within us. It elevates us into the frequency of Love. Love for self, for others and for our surroundings.
When we express Gratitude to Mother Nature for all the goodness, we have in nature it shows that we are so much connected with our nature and we are grounded. It looks like a very small expression but psychologically it can create wonders within us. If we are in a happy and loving state, we will see that our self-esteem will rise, our confidence will be at a higher level. We will be good in our relationships, our stress levels will be low, we will sleep better at night. There are ample of benefits. Most important I feel is that we become mindful.
Mindfulness helps increase our focus and it brings good health for us. We raise our awareness for everything in life. We start looking at the little beautiful things that life has given us. We stop complaining about what we do not have and start appreciating what we have. You see how this little expression of Gratitude helps us in so many ways to raise our vibrations.
If one is not in the practice of Gratitude, then one should do it by starting with a journal. Where you can write down, what you are grateful about. May be first things will not come to your mind but gradually it will flow and you will realize that the book will not be enough to write down what all you are grateful for. The body that functions for us so beautifully by itself, we have to be grateful for that, we get sleep at night and we wake up fresh in the morning rejuvenated, this is a body cycle which the body automatically follows and it is so beautifully constructed. If this cycle of sleep will not happen imagine what our state would be like. Imagine the blood not flowing smoothly through out our body, then what our condition would be. Imagine no nature around us, only barren lands and what would we feel like. The food that we eat, water that we drink, air that we breathe we take it all so casually as if it is meant to be there for us. Imagine if these resources would not be available for us. Our whole existence will destroy. But we take everything for granted as if it is our right to get.
When we look at all of these little things, we will realize how blessed we are to function healthily with all of these and when we will not take care of these things our life will end. We are there because of all of this, so should we not be Grateful about it.
Everything in life that we possess is a blessing for us and we need to be Grateful about it. From the day we are born, the breath itself is a biggest blessing and when we die, we will not be able to take anything with us, so all that we have is a blessing and we need to be grateful about it.
