Prayer in act of communicating with the only living and true God, in the name of Jesus Christ our lord and Savior. It is the only established medium of communication between you and God saviour.
What is prayer?

See how the Lord puts it:
"And I say unto you ask, and it shall be given you; seek and ye shall find,knock and it shall be opened unto you. For every one that asketh receiveth and he that seeketh findeth,and to him that knocketh it shall be opened".
Luke 11:9-10 - prayer is conversation of the soul with God or the lifting up of our eyes unto God:
The psalmist put it rightly thus;
"I will lift up my eyes unto the hills, from whence come my help ".psalm 123:1 - prayer is calling unto God:
God himself opines thus;
"call unto me, and I will answer thee and show thee great and mighty things which thou knowest not"
Jeremiah 33:3.
