Roughly 7 hours ago, and coinciding with the generation of the new superblock, GRC started a uniform 3 hour climb across the exchanges. This climb happened while the rest of the markets saw no significant movement, and resulted in GRC making an 8.4% gain relative to Bitcoin.
We are now trading at an average 1350 sats, or around USD$0.035, with a 24h volume of just over 40 BTC.
Can we maintain this price? Who knows! One thing is for sure though - with the continuing influx of new users into the network, Gridcoin is never going to be this easy to mine again. We have seen almost 100 new CPIDs registered over the past 5 days, and the registration rate is still increasing. As the network has now identified and prepared fixes for all remaining scaling issues we will see the coin climb back up to its all time high in the foreseeable future. GRC is still hugely undervalued!
