I believe Ethan would be a PRIME candidate for steemit! He is getting sick of Youtube demonetizing his video without explanation and he will need a new way to monetize his videos and steemit is the answer! He can release videos on youtube and then post them exclusively to steemit and he can even ask people to go and signup for steemit and upvote him which wont cost you a dime, it will be a way to "donate" without having to give up any of your actual money! Ethan would get hundreds or thousands per post! Especially if he mentions steemit in the videos, and he can explain how since youtube demonetizes their videos at random without explanation, and how he doesnt like to beg people to donate to their patreon, well then steemit would be a perfect solution! Even with teh waiting list we would see MILLIONS of his fans singing up for steemit especially if Ethan explains how you can get PAID to basically reddit if your posts are popular!

REMEMBER THIS SHIT! remember seeing alll those files being downloaded! I remember downloading 1 file at non a 56k modem that i had to dialup with! Cable internet that didnt need dialing up was an EXPENSIVE luxury and everyone had to work with 50 Kilobytes per second! and if you had like 10 downloads going at once they were each dividing up that 56k into 10 different five kilobytes like in the above image! You could get crazy rare programs! expensive 3d modeling software! movies, tv shows, anime, porn, all sorts of shit! I remember i was 14 years old and I would download episodes of Evangelion and wait 1 episode at a time over 56k modem! LOL they would take like a couple days to download! I would start the download and come home from school and have the like 90mb DIVX file ready when I got home!

CB Radio internet is a VERY interesting concept and we could use it for an ACTUAL "dark" not where ham and cb radio station transmitter receivers are positioned around the world so u can send and receive messages to and from it like nodes that connect you to the actual internet! Hopefully with satellite mesh networks we wont evenneed that but its still cool for a backup decentralized internet no one can shut down short of hardcore military electronic warfare radio jamming!
