Location: From rally point charlie turn around & follow the street; when arriving at the next outpost (two houses at the shore), hop out the Warthog & go to the roof of the second one. Locate the plank on the roof, facing the rock formation. Sprint jump to the rock & walk a few meters straight forward; the data pad is on the rock.
