In a viral video, Indian minister Babul Supriyo gave a small surprise for audience. He became unhinged on seeing a man fidgeting instead of sitting. So the minister said to the man that he could break his leg and give him a crutch. Ironically, minister was invited to the event to donate wheelchairs for disabled people.
