Building habits!

I see the construction of a habit as a path you go on daily. Every passing day becomes more obvious. I have heard that in 21 days you can build a new habit, but I read again that it is necessary 66 days for this habit to become part of you and to do without thinking about it.
What's the new habit I'm working on? Let's go to sleep at night at 22 o'clock.
Until now, I was sleeping after 23 or midnight. And in the afternoon I felt a slight state of drowsiness and fatigue. Now, after a few nights sleeping at 22 o'clock, the day is much better. We must continue to work on this habit.
