You could say a tag like that opens up the way to censorship but thats bullshit, downvoting is about the worst form of online censorship i can think of since it costs people money and besides. Technically its a no-brainer, if steemit or busy chooses to filter out any account or post at selection time before pushing the data they could very well already do that.
