What does it take to have a hate crime over just a regular crime? Well first we need to define a hate crime. I went looking on the internet for hate crime definition and I found about 3-4 different but almost the same definitions. However, every time I found one of the definitions I also found it was a picture of a white guy being arrested. Strange!
Maybe only white males are capable of hate???
