It summarizes my stay of 2 years and 8 months in the community of Hive with an energy of gratitude to each person who has been part of my artistic journey, because since my first post I made a "Click" with the platform that allowed me to dream beyond the ruling paradigm in my head for the date of my first Publication, because thanks to Hive I gave myself permission to pay no attention to my world for that moment and dedicate myself to something that would allow me to grow in mind, body and spirit.
I can quote from that first publication:
I don't know what to add about me anymore
I gave guitar lessons since I was 14 years old in a music school.
I have two dogs that make my life the most beautiful disaster in the world. (And I miss them a lot)
I come from a family of artists and people who are out of order
My friends are the most amazing musicians, writers and artists on the planet.
I don't consume conventional music, I don't like to label.
In order not to make my presentation to the community longer, I would like to close with a phrase that is lapidary:

One of the things I can be thankful for at Hive was the opportunity to allow myself to launch into learning a new language on a self-taught basis, learning English over time, through sharing with different friends around the globe.
I have had an enriching experience with Hive especially in the area that fills the most hours of my day to day life, music, allowing me through different initiatives to live the being participant, jury and collaborator of initiatives along my digital journey.
Together with my friends, for that moment, the musicians of my band and our sound engineer created @smollrecord or "SmollBerenjena", an audiovisual production company that we decided to undertake using Hive as our base of support, we created more than 100 videos for blockchain of Semi-Professional quality in less than 1 year, specifically for the Steemit Openmic and I dare say that we were the most awarded users of the initiative, winning even once four of the five winning videos for that week, each with a different artist.
During this stage we managed to connect artists from different states, I had the opportunity to work with @wilins, @aidarojaswriter, @moccamonica, @enriquesalgadoc, @abelfernandez and collaborate in different productions with @ilazramusic, @bettyamv, @lufuenmayor, @cesaralejandro, @premmmlimbass.
Special love to @funkmedia with whom I made a production in parallel to the work of @smollrecord in the state of Miranda and although today 6 of the 8 members are out of the country I feel like a family that music gave me and @cristmonicou with whom, although we were not able to record the day we were hit by rains and chaotic Venezuelan mishaps, we ate tremendous fried arepas.
Later with the arrival of the SMTs came a couple of things:
1.- I observed the need in the Spanish-speaking community of a practical guide where you can find all the information related to the updates for the date, because I knew of many users who had left and if someone wanted to return would understand very little about how to take full advantage of the tools of the platform, so I created this [ESPAÑOL!] Steemit Guide for Content Creators (Artists of the seven steps, Scientists and practitioners of spirituality.)
2.- I started the "Friday Talks at the Ateneo" where in a space made for collective social work I connected with a group of Venezuelan producers and entrepreneurs with beautiful vibes and willingness to learn about Blockchain and Cryptomonedas every Friday for 2 months, using the guides I was making and different support material I found within the platform, explaining everything in order to save two years of experience to the people attending, every week new people arrived, all in the area of permaculture and self-sufficiency in one way or another.

3.- A new concept for blockchain music contests came to the platform @sonicgroovelive, the former Steemit Openmic team had done a Re-Branding and invited me to be part of the jury team.

Currently I am part of the initiative led by @cabelindsay "Hive Openmic" which is based on a beehive concept, collaborative rather than competitive, I upload a video a week under the framework of the word indicated each week, which has a direct approach to awareness and music of medicine.
Right now I am working with my manager and wife @auelitairene in the creation of a musical dynamic capable of helping the Venezuelan Amazon, specifically the Wotujja community, in this way supporting musicians of medicine and consciousness in conjunction with our ancestral peoples, and thus bringing and vibrating a message of Permaculture and Self-sufficiency.
This is an essential point within our work as a team and is the need to help the grandfather with everything necessary for the development of the Wotujja community.

1.- I was an ambassador of the reggae culture through the Reggaesteem project, which sought to reward the Reggae and Caribbean culture, it was through this experience that I connected with @roger. remix a brother who gave me the blockchain and who has worked with me in all the projects that I wanted to carry out about art and cryptomonies, so in April of this year and in collaboration with different musicians, sound engineers and technical team we produced an event in the city of Caracas with a capacity for 150 people exceeding that figure up to about 170 people within the space, which was made on the birthday of the transcendental artist Bob Marley.

2.- I was a promoter of the Cryptomoneda INT, launching a contest for entrepreneurs where I could encourage the development of Mission, Vision and Values in Cryptoentusiastas You can read more about this contest here
What is a successful entrepreneur?
As an entrepreneur, I know that the first and foremost thing we must do is to build our values, which, speaking in terms of architecture, are the fundamental basis of all our construction. There is no point in having built a beautiful architectural work (Matter) if the infrastructure (Values) is not well built, we must know that an intelligent company is one that acts as a single individual, and integrality is a fundamental factor that will allow us to have synergy of work with others, however, we must not forget that the word "company" is a mental archetype to define a set of people and the way to achieve a successful one is starting with oneself.

Part of my journey in Hive coincided with @rutablockchain and in April 2018 I opened a space for music and art interviews with the purpose of getting to know each other as a community and sharing live songs on each occasion. This was the case for a long time, even in the weeks when we did not have guests we gathered to share songs and spend a different Wednesday night, At the same time I was working with a friend, a sound engineer, where I slept to make the space, because the place where I lived all my life until a few months ago never had an internet connection, besides, here I had a microphone and the technical support of Brayan AKA Smoll.

I recently saw an image on Facebook of a friend who commented on how she is so afraid of campering in Venezuela and although I do not share this belief, I know clearly that it is a standard of the Venezuelan conscious and unconscious collective in Web2 social networks, the reason why I do not share this belief is due to Hive and the opportunity I saw to use it as an impulse to pay for my trips and live experiences that otherwise (from my perspective) would have been impossible...
Well, I must also thank the subway of caracas because in Venezuela ATMs are a joke and I get the cash through the bloodlines of the city.
With this combination of factors I undertook several trips to different states in Venezuela, Mérida, Trujillo, Cumana and La Colonia Tovar, thus attending different meetups, meeting users, spaces and creating musical experiences and concerts in regional bars, where the concept of Blockchain accompanies me everywhere I go, creating connections and spaces to talk about my experience with cryptomontages.
One of the videos I most enjoyed creating was my entry to win a ticket to the Steemfest in Krakow, where through the Openmic a dynamic was made to allow the attendance of some of the community's musicians:

This has been the story of how I have been able to meet my goals in a country where the need for cultural spaces that nurture the values of society is undeniable, the usual minimum wage is $4 but the prices handled are international and even so, thanks to blockchain technology I have been able to receive the necessary patronage to manifest a different reality not only for me but for other people, through music and free information.

Se resume mi estadía de 2 años y 8 meses en la comunidad de Hive con una energía de gratitud hacia cada persona que ha sido parte de mi camino artístico, pues desde mi primer post hice un "Click" con la plataforma que me permitió soñar más allá del paradigma regente en mi cabeza para la fecha de mi primera Publicación, pues gracias a Hive me di el permiso de no prestarle atención a mi mundo para ese momento y dedicarme a algo que me permitiera crecer de mente, cuerpo y espíritu.

Para no hacer más larga mi presentación a la comunidad, quisiera cerrar con una frase que es lapidaria:

una de las cosas por las que puedo estar agradecido de Hive fue la oportunidad de permitirme lanzarme a aprender un nuevo idioma de forma autodidacta, aprendiendo Ingles con el paso del tiempo,a través de compartir con distintos amigos esparcidos por el globo.
He tenido una experiencia enriquecedora con Hive sobre todo en el área que llena la mayor cantidad de horas de mi día a día, la música, permitiéndome a través de distintas iniciativas vivir el ser participante, jurado y colaborador de iniciativas a lo largo de mi viaje digital
junto con mis amigos, para ese momento, los músicos de mi banda y nuestro ingeniero de sonido creamos @smollrecord o "SmollBerenjena", una productora audiovisual que decidimos emprender usando Hive como nuestra base de sustento, creamos más de 100 vídeos para blockchain de calidad Semi-Profesional en menos de 1 año, específicamente para el Steemit Openmic y me atrevo a decir que fuimos los usuarios más premiados de la iniciativa, ganando incluso en una ocasión cuatro de los cinco vídeos ganadores para esa semana, cada uno con un artista diferente.
Durante esta etapa logramos conectar artistas de distintos estados, tuve la oportunidad de trabajar con @wilins, @aidarojaswriter, @moccamonica, @enriquesalgadoc, @abelfernandez y colaborar en distintas producciones con @ilazramusic, @bettyamv, @lufuenmayor, @cesaralejandro, @premmmlimbass.
Especial cariño a @funkmedia con quienes realicé una producción en paralelo al trabajo de @smollrecord en el estado Miranda y aunque hoy por hoy se encuentren 6 de los 8 miembros fuera del país los siento como una familia que la música me regaló y a @cristmonicou con quien, aunque no pudimos grabar el día que pautamos por lluvias y percances caóticos venezolanos, nos comimos tremendas arepas fritas
Más adelante con la llegada de las SMT llegaron un par de cosas:
1.- Observé la necesidad en la comunidad hispanohablante de una guía practica donde se encontrara toda la información relacionada a las actualizaciones para la fecha, pues sabia de muchos usuarios que se habían ido y si alguno querría volver iba a entender muy poco sobre como aprovechar al 100% las herramientas de la plataforma, por lo que cree esta [ESPAÑOL!] Guía de Steemit para creadores de contenido (Artistas de los siete escalones, Científicos y Practicantes de espiritualidad.)
2.- Inicié las "Charlas de los viernes en el Ateneo" Donde en un espacio hecho para el trabajo social colectivo conecté con un grupo de productores y emprendedores Venezolanos con hermosas vibras y voluntad para aprender sobre Blockchain y Criptomonedas todos los viernes durante 2 meses, haciendo uso de las guías que fui haciendo y distinto material de apoyo que encontraba dentro de la plataforma, explicando todo con la finalidad de ahorrar dos años de experiencia a las personas asistentes, cada semana llegaban personas nuevas, todas en el área de la permacultura y autosuficiencia de una u otra forma

Justo ahorita estoy trabajando con mi manager y esposa @auelitairene en la creación de una dinámica musical capaz de ayudar al Amazonas Venezolano, específicamente a la comunidad Wotujja, de esta manera apoyar a músicos de medicina y conciencia en conjunto con nuestros pueblos ancestrales, y así llevar y vibrar un mensaje de Permacultura y Autosuficiencia.
Este es un punto esencial dentro de nuestro trabajo como equipo y es la necesidad de ayudar al abuelo con todo lo necesario para el desarrollo de la comunidad Wotujja.

Qué es ser un emprendedor exitoso
Como emprendedor, sé que lo primero y principal que debemos hacer es edificar nuestros valores, que, hablando en términos de arquitectura, son la base fundamental de toda nuestra edificación, de nada sirve haber construido una hermosa obra arquitectónica (Materia) si la infraestructura (Valores) no está bien construida, debemos de saber que una empresa inteligente es la que actúa como un solo individuo, y la integralidad es un factor fundamental que nos permitirá tener sinergia de trabajo con otros, sin embargo, no debemos olvidar que la palabra “empresa” es un arquetipo mental para definir un conjunto de personas y la manera de lograr una exitosa es empezando por uno mismo.

Parte de mi camino en Hive coincidió con @rutablockchain y en abril de 2018 abrí un espacio de entrevistas musicales y arte con la finalidad de conocernos como comunidad y compartir en cada ocasión canciones en vivo, así fue durante muchísimo tiempo, incluso en las semanas donde no teniamos invitados nos reuniamos a compartir canciones y pasar una noche de Miercoles diferente, en paralelo me encontraba trabajando con un amigo Ingeniero de Sonido donde me quedaba a dormir para hacer el espacio, pues el sitio donde viví toda mi vida hasta hace unos meses nunca tuvo conexión a internet, además, aquí contaba con microfonía y el apoyo técnico de Brayan AKA Smoll.

Hace poco vi una imagen en Facebook de una amiga que comentaba sobre como le da tanto miedo acampar en Venezuela y aunque no comparto esta creencia, sé con claridad que es un estándar del consciente e inconsciente colectivo Venezolano en redes sociales de Web2, la razón por la que no comparto esa creencia se debe a Hive y a la oportunidad que vi de usarla como un impulso para pagar mis viajes y vivir experiencias que de otra forma (desde mi perspectiva) me hubiese resultado imposible...
bueno, también debo de agradecer al metro de caracas pues en Venezuela los cajeros automáticos son un chiste y el efectivo lo consigo a través de las vías sanguíneas de la ciudad.
Con esta combinación de factores emprendí varios viajes a distintos estados de Venezuela, Mérida, Trujillo, Cumana y La Colonia Tovar, asitiendo así a distintos meetups, conociendo usuarios, espacios y creando experiencias musicales y conciertos en bares regionales, donde el concepto de Blockchain me acompaña a donde quiera que voy, creando conexiones y espacios para hablar sobre mi experiencia con criptomonedas.
Uno de los videos que mas disfruté de crear fue mi entrada para ganarme un ticket al Steemfest en Cracovia, donde a través del Openmic se hizo una dinamica para permitir la asistencia de algún musico de la comunidad:

Esta ha sido la historia de como he podido cumplir mis metas en un país donde la necesidad de espacios culturales que nutran los valores de la sociedad es innegable, el salario mínimo habitual es de 4$ pero los precios manejados son los internacionales y aún así, gracias a la tecnología blockchain he podido recibir el mecenaje necesario para manifestar una realidad distinta no solo para mí si no para otras personas, a través de la música y la libre información.
