Good evening friends and air-clinicians it's another wonderful Wednesday and I hope you had the best of the day?
Am feeling a little stressed out and has been sleeping less lately not because am sick but I have been doing some late night tasks that has seriously reduced my sleeping hours.
Currently my temperature is a bit up I will say is like 1° higher than the normal body temperature it's always like that when am feverish or am stressed out.
I have been coming up with minor headache too though not severe but it has altered my normal state of health.
I therefore hope to skip all tasks tonight and sleep well so as to regain my health.
