One of the major thing greatly affecting people on this earth is self confidence.
people need to have confidence in what ever they do without it you are nothing.

1.You will hate your self
with low self confidence you will hate your self,you will always find your self comparing your attitude with other people you will feel their better than you thats what low confidence causes.
2.Relationship issues
your relationship life will be bad you wont be able to behave well cause of your low self esteem your boyfriend wont be able to cope because you will be annoying.
3.Over sensitive
you will be sensitive to all matters and to everyone,even if they arent talking to you your low self esteem will make you sensitive and you will feel there are judging you.
4.you will hate your body
you hate your body you will like to make it extremely okay when its already okay even if your not fat you will insist that you are fat.
5.You want to over please everyone
when you have low self confidence you feel you haven't pleased people enough then you will over do it which scares people away.

3.learn to remain calm and keep yoy cool
