Hi guys. Im an overweight person and I got charcot. Thus I wear a crow boot. Im also 285-290 lbs.
I went for a walk today.
Roughly 3750 step.. in 30 minutes.
Luckily i'm in Florida atm, so it not too hot ir cold to interfere.
I checked at one point and saw my pulse was 107( sorry for bad pic)

Currently using an Amazon halo for the data because I list my Samsung Galaxy 2.
I pushed myself to get 30 minutes.. and it kinda sucked. Winded and legs felt like loose rubberbands... just wanting to give in and collapse. But this will help with my diabetes.
