Whom are the cards for?
For all those who are curious to find out how the action symbols bring about change through day-to-day use.
How do the symbols work?
The cards are based on the communication and therapeutic method COBIMAX®, founded by Bernd Laudenbach. COBIMAX® reduces all languages that are known to us to their elementary function of image creation in the brain, and it serves as a universally experienceable age-old language. “Experienceable” rather than “understandable” because the symbols are not about understanding but about the emotions they trigger.
In contrast to the subconscious the conscious mind works slowly, constantly showing scepticism and questioning things.
The image symbols speak to our cerebellum and therefore our subconscious directly. In doing so they circumvent reason checking for the rational and the logic. Emotions, as we know, have great impact on our physical wellbeing. Our body shows us what our mental interior looks like. Focussing on the image symbol will enable you to influence your thought in a constructive fashion.
How to use the cards
In order to reach your goal, draw a card at random or with intention (e.g. “courage” etc.) at the beginning of the day. Focus on the image for about 30 seconds; you can either look at the image or touch it. Observe your body’s reaction: Are you feeling warm, tingly, tense or full of energy? The reactions vary from person to person. Take the positive emotion that you receive from the image symbol with you for the day! Leave nothing to chance and shape your day according to your own mind.
In this set you will only find cards that will initiate affirming emotions of joy, beauty and fortune. Your body and subconscious will only allow positive affirmations, similar to hypnosis. You are in command in this cycle of physical and mental wellbeing: You are the architect of your happiness. These action cards are meant to help you in creating your daily life.
All images on these cards are activated. Looking at the images for 30 seconds will suffice to reach and stimulate the cerebellum and therefore the subconscious.
Who is GRAF?
Gabriele Riexinger is a dancing teacher by profession, and founded GRAF in 2017: Gabriele Riexinger and Family. After a tragic car accident in 2014 it was unknown whether she would ever be able to dance again. The only thing left uninjured was her reason; the physical pain and loss of control were unbearable. After having tried a variety of different therapies, it was COBIMAX® which gave her and her family, a means of self-empowerment. It was clear: only with an iron will, and a generous portion of gallows humour would she be able to cope with this fate. After three years of hard work she succeeded in what appeared impossible from a medical point of view. Today her body can keep up again with her mind, she is back working as a dancing teacher. After all that had happened, G.R. could not get the action symbols out of her head, and thus completed a training on writing of the COBIMAX® symbols. In the process she came up with the idea to make hand cards with the symbols, and thereby making them accessible for flexible use in everyday life.
