Our bathroom now has an exhaust fan built into it so when I take a bath the cold air outside just flows in and out and it feels like I was taking a bath outdoors. It is reminiscent of my elementary school days and early high school days where I just have a really cold cold bath where our artesian well is located.
The last time that I took a bath naked was probably in my early highs school days and I was about 11 years old back then and after I had the consciousness about my nakedness as it was getting embarrassing already I started to take a bath inside our bathroom but I have to fetch some water into our bathroom myself and also had to heat some water from our firewood stove nearby so I can pour it into our big water basin in the bathroom prior to having a bath.
But today thankfully I am not getting the hypothermia effect because my hemoglobin level is normal unlike in my anemic years where I am just getting the chills even in hot months just by taking a bath.
But even though it is really cold I still would take a bath in the middle of the night or in wee hours of the morning because it makes me feel good after. It is just only now that I could not go there without the help of my parents, so using the toilet now is a planned activity for me because of my difficulty in walking.
It would be better if I have some water heater in my bathroom so that in that way I can enjoy a good hot bath in these cold chilly months that could last until February. I am planning to eat a high calorie diet before my bath so that I won't lose body heat during my bath and I think it is a good idea.
