I was feeling uncomfortable already before my treatment session today because I am already feeling a difficulty in breathing which is bad enough for me to lose some sleep. So right ow I am sleep deprived a little.
Today prior for my dialysis we stopped at 7-Eleven so that I could to buy myself a ready-to-eat packaged sandwich because I do not want to get hooked with my tummy empty. It is that I think that it could stabilize my blood pressure because lately I am using a blood filter (dialyzer) which has some bigger holes (high flux) compared to a regular dialyzer and with that much blood elements that are needed by the body like the protein compounds, sugars, and vitamins as well as the intended toxins passes much through.
That is why I get hungry compared if I would only use a regular dialyzer. So I think it is really one big factor about my crashing blood pressure. But I remember the years that I was also not using a high flux dialyzer as there are many instances that my BP would go much lower like today. Add to that the fact that my BP also crashed today although not a great deal buy enough for my nurses to add or infuse NSS in my blood just to raise it up again.
But anyway I will just try to eat always prior to my dialysis session because it helps for my resistance about a crashing BP issue which is tormenting me everytime I go for my bi-weekly session because it is hard to really endure it as I feel pain in my neck whne my BP is very low.
