Taking CBD oil for me was too expensive. So, I figured out a cheaper way.
I tried out a bunch of different CBD brands, and I love CBD. However, the biggest problem I have is that it is way to expensive. Most of these bottles with labels are over 50 bucks. Some like the CWhemp bottle in the middle runs around $150. I needed a way to cut the cost.

Do your own research
I can't stress this enough. Since CBD is not evaluated at this time by the FDA (even though there are trials for some CBD drugs). You have to dig into researching everything about what you are going to put in your body. Project CBD is probably the best place to start. However, my article here can be used to at least get you started in the direction for personal research.
Experiment For Proper Dosage
Before making your own CBD oil. I would highly encourage you to try out multiple brands, and strengths to find out what dosage is best for you. The main reason I advise doing this, is that the vendors are in essence the control in the experiment.

The Purchase
Here is a list of items that I use, and uses. This is where my larger initial investment came in. However, buying these things easily makes up their cost.

Safety First
I highly recommend wearing gloves for the majority of the entire process. Not to protect skin from anything, but to make sure that the CBD oil mixture does not get contaminated. Since the mixture is being created at home in my kitchen. It is imperative that everything be as clean as it can be. I also only advise using no larger than a 30 ml bottle. I attempted this process with a 60ml bottle, and after awhile the CBD mixture became cloudy. It should not be cloudy. It should be clear after the isolate dissolves.
Before I begin, I make sure that everything is washed. Except possibly the bottles, because they normally are wrapped when I receive them. Here are some picture to outline that which a is a pretty basic process.
As you can see the funnel, and the tray for the scale still have a bunch of crud on them.
I normally just throw them into a mixing bowl. Fill the bowl with hot soapy water. Scrub the crap out of them.

After I have scrubbed. I dry my hands, and throw some gloves on. At that point, I rinse everything as well as possible, and dry it off. As you can see here. My equipment is in way better shape than when I started off.
Get To Measuring!
This is what Iyou will be measuring.
I set up my scale like the picture the way I have it below. The added 10 gram weight allows for the scale to measure more precisely. When dealing in milligrams this is essential.
After I have it set up. I, turn it on, and zero it out.
I start taking my CBD isolate, and with the little spoon pour it around the weight on the scale. Until I have deposited my dosage. The most effective dosage for me right now is the 1500mg 1oz bottles. Please do note that if I am pouring anything over 500mg. I will have to make a small pile around the weight. This is when I need to be the most careful not to sneeze or breath heavy.
Mixing Process
After I measure out the amount of isolate that I use. I start by preparing the bottle for the powder. The first thing I do is put the funnel in, and fill the bottle that I am using with 10-15% MCT oil.
I do this to make sure that the funnel is lubricated, and that there is some liquid at the bottom of the bottle to absorb the isolate powder when it gets added.
After that I remove the additional weight that was on the scale pour the CBD isolate into the funnel.
Once the cbd isolate is in the funnel. I make sure that the funnel opening is clear like I have in the photos above. Just to make sure that the oil will pour down in the next step.
I SLOWLY pour the MCT oil in a circular fashion on top of the isolate powder.
As I pour the MCT oil. It will grab the isolate powder, and pull it down into the tincture. By the time I get most the bottle filled. The majority of the isolate powder should be in the bottle, and not the funnel.
If I do have a good amount of powder left in. One thing I do is take the dropper that comes with the bottle, and grab some of the oil that is already in the tincture with the dropper. Then just apply the oil to the funnel repeatedly until the remainder of the isolate powder is removed from the funnel.
Mix And Check
Now I just need to screw the dropper on, and shake the oil slightly. Just enough to agitate it, and distribute the the isolate powder in the oil.
After I have shaken. I do a quick check with the dropper. If my dropper looks like I have below. I know I need to shake just a little more. Not much though.
When I check the dropper it should look like this.
Then I just let it sit for a few hours.
Final Product
After a couple hours I check with the dropper again, and make sure that it runs clear. If it runs clear even after a few more shakes. I know that the isolate powder has been dissolved in the MCT oil.
I'm then done, and ready to take my oil!
