For those of you who like to stay up, maybe this can be a meaningful habit. According to the researchers, people who can control their circadian rhythms, the cycle of when to sleep, wake up, eat, and other psychological processes, are intelligent people.
Quoted from the Times of India page, the study was conducted by the University of Southampton, and compared the socioeconomic status of 1,229 people with their sleeping habits. The researchers found that people who sleep after 11 pm and get up after 8 am, are stronger fighters and tend to make more money.
You may have tried to train yourself to wake up on time, but again failed to do so. This is actually a positive sign because it shows that you are in tune with what your body needs.
Scientists have the same opinion that such people are creative and ambitious people and can overcome their own difficulties.
