My Current Weightloss Update
This is just a short little update of my own personal progress. No Crazy progress here just a small change in weight and body composition. I've been dieting for the last 6 weeks in order to make weight at my second powerlifting meet September 8th. I started at around 171-172 pounds and I'm current weighing in just under 166. I compete at 74kg (163 pounds) I've been eating pretty much whatever I want (Chipotle,Pizza,Burgers) I'm just making sure I stay under my calorie goal of 2300 for the day. My progress has started to slow down recently so I'm probably going to be adding in Cardio starting soon, as well as cleaning up the foods I'm eating a little. This just goes to show you that calories are king and certain food types don't make you fat, but calories do.
