We all have our lazy times, in which we either sleep more than usual, stick to the chair for long hours, do not step outdoors for few days and so on. I want to assure you that these times are fine and do not mean that you have any health issue. But If the hours of setting on the chair turned into days, and if you sleep more 10 hours for weeks, or feels that you do not want to do any of the activities that you used to do such as buying something from the supermarket, cooking a meal, party with friends, or just feeling to lazy to work, then maybe you have a serious health issue.
What does Laziness means?
Laziness is not a physical disease or a mental condition, but it can be a sign of one. Laziness is not being motivated to do the smallest things that you used to do. When you feel that you do not want to do any effort to do the daily routine such as: taking bath at morning, brushing your teeth, work, bringing your kids from school, cooking, chatting, or even reaching out for the remote control to open the TV, that means that you do need to see the doctor.
Laziness can be a sign for one the following diseases:
Depression: if you have depression, then you lack the motivation to do anything and you will isolate your self and stick to a corner.
Insomnia: Sleepiness is a gift because when you are awake you are just like a machine, your body will still working, even when you set to eat or set to watch your funny TV show or read a book, you will be resting your body but not your brain and your nerves, and they are found all over your body (though the brain does work while you're sleeping, it does not work as hard as when you are awake. So the only way to really relax and regain your energy is when you are sleeping.
Stresses: life stresses can drain your energy and your soul, leading to lack of energy and that is the second name for laziness.
Malnutrition: eat to get energy, because no food means no energy and laziness and diseases fighting your body. If you eat junk food everyday, if only eat frozen foods then sooner or later you are going to have malnutrition. EAT fruits, vegetables, white and red meat, eggs, drink water and milk. As you see each of theses categories includes a list of products, that you need to eat most of them alternatively because each of one has its own benefit for your body.
Anemia, which I did not include add it to malnutrition since there are types of anemia that are not related to malnutrition. Anemia: less than normal red blood cells, low iron level and low folic acid. I guess we all know that we have to eat dark green veg. such as parsley, spinach, Asparagus, lettuce, green bell papers and . Eat beans, red and white meats.
