F * ck! The fifth day I will break
On the fifth day of saying good luck, I made a three-layer cake for my dear husband and celebrated his birthday. I also took a few mouthfuls of cake for my own sake. Goodbye! Honey, agave, chocolate, bread
In order to fully implement the "zero-sugar" diet, I gave up my favorites of the past, including: maple syrup, Tequila, sugar, brown sugar, corn syrup, brown rice syrup, chocolate, alcohol, cereal, bread, no longer drink sweet soy milk, no ice cream after dinner options, and I have to give up making cakes, biscuits. Only a fresh, frozen, dry fruit, in the range I can allow to eat, just over a month.

So amazing! Stubborn acne even disappeared
In the first week of "zero-sugar" diet, it really was particularly tough. Fortunately, I dragged my mom together to spend the days of sugar cessation together. Future ... "try our best" to practice sugarless diet
I will still continue to implement the "zero sugar" diet, I have to continue. Because of my stomach is particularly sensitive, I have become more cautious in the future.
