What is Detoxification
Detoxification is a process to clean your body from inside means to remove harmful chemicals and toxins from different body parts like lungs,kidney and liver.It is same like cleaning your home to live dirt free and to clean body organs from inside to remove dirts from the body.
Why it is required
Detoxification of body is required to remove harmful chemicals and toxins from blood which gives a healthy life and long life with no illness or also cure any type of disease related to heart,lungs,kidney and liver.Whereas on the other side it also gives clean and clear skin which add on to the personality of the human being.
Ways of detoxification
The first and the most important and effective way is to drink lots and lots of water daily,this will not only flush harmful toxins from liver and kidney but also gives clean and clear skin which makes person look more healthy and attractive.
The next important way to detox your body is Fasting,yes you heard it right.Fasting gives break to the body from daily task which gives organs time to relax and which leads to organ functioning much effective then earlier.
Exercising is also an one of the best method to detox your body as exercising leads to sweating and sweating leads to removal of harmful metals and chemicals ike Arsenic,Lead,Mercury and Ammonia through sweat.
Eat fresh friuts and green vegetables and juices or smoothie of Spinach and you can add cucumber,beetroot or carrot to make it more healthy.
Drinking 2 cups of Green tea daily is a healthy way of detoxifying body as it contains antioxidants which removes harmful toxins from liver and purifies blood.
