in order to find your centre you need to minimize and control each of these facets of your life so that you can think and begin to take the first steps to a happier and more peaceful life
How do you control your online identity?
Well because you are being bombarded with advertisements from companies with all your data and personal information regularly trafficked so that you can have information thrust upon you without your control this information is not given to the user with there consent rather it is thrust upon them without there consent this creates a constant buzz of information that does not help you think so how do you control and minimize your online identity?

your public identity is your friends who you choose to associate with and spend your time energy attention and effort on it is who you speak to and it is your coworkers and your acquaintances.People can bring toxic energy to your life and so you need to understand how to deal with them
Well this is a very hard task because it will require cutting people out of your life by weighing there value to you this is not an easy decision to make and it requires heavy forethought and planning
you need to look at all the people in your life and what they bring to your life by asking very simple questions

This is where many of you will meet your limits as this is the most hardest thing to do you need to look at yourself look at the negative aspects of yourself look at you not through a flawed perspective but from a objective sense and you need to find out and cut out the parts of you that are getting in the way of your happiness and by doing that you will begin to feel yourself let go of all the negativity and live a good life
