Before I start with this topic,I would like to say that I wasn't a regular steemer but a brother @dana-edwards and his posts deeply influenced me and made me to write some of the best content I had ever written. A big thanks to @dana-edwards and his works.
Now lets start with the topic ,this might be a biggest question that having high IQ is bless or curse? Let me tell you a story,my grandpa use to tell me everytime when I visit him," the story was about a King who has a long great empire. The peoples used to be loyal to their King until one day they started opposing him and his policies. The peoples were gone mad,making the dumbest selections and choices. When king came to know about this problem he visited and held up several group discussion ,but nothing was making the peoples affected. At the end he came to know that his peoples are really mad and crazy and to rule such a empire he too needed to be a mad and crazy." That's not the end of the story. I just want you to read that last line of the story."Dark is the nation and insane is the King"
Yes that peoples are today's society and the king is representing a High IQ person. Its simple,like java compiler cannot understand what the heck is in C program,similarly a common man cannot interprete a High IQ person. Its not the problem it just that High IQ person's are more advanced in thought processing structure, they calculate,they interprete ,they understand before applying it. Smart people are not always better off. Sometimes, failed expectations and heightened concern over negative experience weight them down.
It has been noted in various studies that people with higher IQ tend to be more depressed or unhappy with life.The intelligent people tend to look at the bigger picture in life, and there they start to ask the basic questions revolving around humanity and individual existence.They try to find meaning in this absurd and chaotic world on the whole, which they cannot control much and this is the reason for their sadness.
High IQ people's keep themselves away from bullshits which make them anti-social and introvert but its good after all they are making a different angle to see this world. So, High IQ is beneficial and a break-through for the humanity and yes it was,it is and it will be the blessing for our society.
