Imagine that find yourself in the midst of a rough sea, waves hitting you from every side, darkness everywhere, and trying to keep your little energy for swimming, and there's not any chance to arrival lifeboats, And you don't know where the coast, near or far, north or south.. Just swimming and waiting.
You will be sure you will die: if the water does not kill you, certainly grief will kill you.
Then you see a distant light,
Although this light is very small and far away, it will make you feel that you are not alone and that there is someone else who feels you...
This light will tell you that you can survive, tell you to continue resisting and don't give up, tell you to keep your dreams alive, and you can reach the coast. Just keep swimming...
This light did not save you, did not give you a lifeboat and did not tell you where the coast...
But it succeeded to makes you keep your dreams alive when you were on the brink of death.
That's what happened to me when I lost all my energy and my hope...
I came back to write here in order to escape from the painful reality... here in steemit I found some lights that made me more powerful, made me believe that I can continue to look for a healing for my son . in case I can't be healing my son, I can prevent this from happening with another family....
In all cases, I have achieved some success which can give me inner peace and some happiness...
Steemit is not just a website... It's much bigger than this...
