This condition is felt by Dee Banks, a New South Wales resident claimed to have suspected something was wrong with his daughter Emma who seemed to rely more on one side of his body.
And his suspicion was answered when at about 10 months of his daughter was diagnosed with stroke since in the womb.
"I think the first thing you do, even when people get colds or something, is to find out the diagnosis in the Google search engine," he said.
"And I do not find any sources in Australia that can help explain why this happened to my child?" he added.

Dee Banks later formed a support group called Little Stroke Warriors (Small Stroke Fighter).
He and other volunteers urged more research and resources on strokes in childhood.
The Importance of Research
A child stroke expert, Mark Mackay is trying to fill in the information void.
According to him there are three main areas that require more research.
"The first is our poor understanding of the causes of stroke, especially in infants," he said.
"Secondly, our ability to more quickly diagnose stroke so that children can access life-saving treatments."
"And finally, understand why some children have a good result after a stroke, and some others have worse outcomes."
Dr. Mackay wanted to see an increase in awareness of stroke in childhood both in the general population and the medical community.
He said the awareness would help determine the initial diagnosis, which is very important in stroke.
"The reason time is so important is that there are areas of the brain that can be saved," he said.
"And if you can dissolve the lump then it will actually restore the bloodstream and the brain can recover."
