Genesis 25:11-15
We read about the last breath of Abraham last week. Now we see the hot bone of contention throughout centuries. "After Abraham's death, God blessed Isaac..." We have to remember that God also promised riches and greatness to the sons of Ishmael, and we read on about his sons and their generations. All about who was born, their names, and where they settled.
I split the names portion into two parts. Dialog and some genealogies this week and some names left for next week's post. If you are reading with me, this is a good opportunity to read and pronounce the names as they come. Everything is beneficial for learning the language.

After the death of Abraham, God blessed Isaac his son. And Isaac settled at Beer-lahai-roi. These are the generations of Ishmael, Abraham's son, whom Hagar the Egyptian, Sarah's servant, bore to Abraham. These are the names of the sons of Ishmael, named in the order of their birth: Nebaioth, the firstborn of Ishmael; and Kedar, Adbeel, Mibsam, Mishma, Dumah, Massa, Hadad, Tema, Jetur, Naphish, and Kedemah.
