My daughter-in-law is a medical doctor who works in the ICU of a large regional hospital in Tulsa. Smaller rural hospitals from around the area send their complex and critical cases to her unit. She is a brilliant doctor. 
The Steemit community could benefit from an ICU. There are an assortment of illnesses here which can be treated.
The first one I noticed is the poor beggar syndrome. These people lack the confidence to stand on their own, develop their individual style, and work their plan. Instead they offer begging comments to others. Picture a person standing at a traffic intersection with a rough sign: I’ll follow you if you follow me. Begging doesn’t work well here.
Another ailment is creative weakness. These people lack the awareness to find topics for their blog posts. Many with this trouble eventually quit (the equivalent of physical death). This is a sad condition.
The point is... if you can, help others learn to be successful. Watch over them until they can make it on their own.
