The map of Piria Reis in 1513 was a part of a very complex story of human history, which boldly provoked widespread acceptance of the same history. Antarctica was first officially observed in 1820 during a Russian expedition. It was then noted that it was completely covered with an ice blanket, which is believed to have formed about 35 to 45 million years ago. For this reason, Antarctica could not appear on the map before 1820, and all the maps on which it is located should have marked ice cubes that are several million years old. But Piri Reis's map certainly provokes suspicion of what we really know about ancient civilizations. It is a map of the world that encompassed military intelligence, which was compiled by Ottoman admiral Reis. About a third of the maps are preserved - it shows the west coast of Europe, North Africa and the Bratila coast with incredible accuracy. Various Atlantic islands, such as the Azur and the Canary Islands, are also depicted as the mythical island of Antilia and probably Japan.

The historical importance of the map lies in the demonstration of the global exploration of the New World by 1510, and Kristofer Kolumbo allegedly served it. In addition, the chart also contains the details of the coast that many historians and geologists claim to be the queen of Mod, or Antarctica. But how can the map made in 1513 have a continent on it only in the 19th century? And, if Antarctica discovered the civilizations that emerged in 4000 BC, why there are no ice surfaces on the map?

The map undoubtedly is not a scam because its authenticity has been repeatedly confirmed, and author Reis itself points out that it was drawn to information from older charts, graphics and records, many of which were copied and rewritten just before the destruction of the Alexandria Library in Egypt. Thus the map opens the possibility to the theory that a forgotten ancient civilization had the capacity, ability, knowledge and technological possibilities to travel to Antarctica - and this before ice formation, which is in complete opposition to what history teaches us.
