I dug this out of the front yard of an old house. The area it was dug was the site of the Battle of Springfield during the Civil War. It is definitely lead, and I'm hoping it's a shot Civil War era bullet with the rings smashed, but I'm trying to get some additional opinions. Please let me know if you can help ID this for me.
