Hello guys hope all of you are doing good.
Another game has been completed. You know what that means, review time.
Story:
The story begins with the infamous assassin Agent 47 called out to an isolated house near the shore. He and his operator / partner gets a lead on the shadow client. Handler as they call it. This client is trying to destroy the secret organisation that controls major events in the world known as Providence.
At the beginning, the house call leads the Hunter and his handler to Robert Knox. Then a providence contact provided intel about the shadow client. There they find Lucas Grey, a man with no history before ‘89. To cripple Lucas’ and his militia’s movement 47 had to take out 3 important figures in Columbia’s drug cartel.
47’s memory returns as he reunites with long lost brother subject 6 or Lucas Grey in Romania, a youth correctional facility. There Lucas, 47’s brother, jogs up him memory and reminds him of their goal, to take them all down. Using their connections they find a man named Janus, a former constant.
Later they discovered how Janus was one of the founding members of the Ark society. This society comprises of the elite class of billionaires. Lucas, 47, Diana Burnwood (the handler), Olivia and tracked the location of Janus’ coffin. That is where the secret meeting would take place and the current Constant would attend the gathering. After capturing the Constant he names 3 families hat made it all possible. The Ingrams, this Carlisles, the Stuyvesants. The Constant turns out to be a snitch. They followed the movement of the money and found an investment bank. This is the providence’s key asset. From there Olivia found Paradise. I give it a 7.
Combat:
The attracting movement of 47 is very versatile against his targets. 47’s sixth sense makes it easy for him to understand his target’s behaviour and awareness.
It also shows the number of people that saw him commit crime as an orange silhouette. Additionally just above the map, it shows 47’s action amid an event. So if he gets discovered it shows. Easier to act accordingly.
An enormous amount of materials that is used as a weapon e.g: suitcase, fish, wire. Using the default silenced pistol was definitely my favourite. It makes no sound, difficult to track the trajectory, overall deadly in the right hands. I give it an 8.5 .
Characters:
The amount of NPC hence is huge as crimes were committed openly under the sun. They alert the local security, making it that much difficult and even more so in master level difficulty. Only the master level do the npcs pay attention to distractions. I give it a 9.5.
Areas:
Place where the crimes were committed were very beautiful and huge. No glitches were found from me. Each area is more than 3 gb at least hence the quality is heightened. Definitely made the whole experience worth while. I give it a 9.
Costumes:
Each area comes with an tailored attire. Either an outfit suitable for the environment or 47’s signature outfit. Frankly 47 looks more badass in his original outfit. It somehow intensified my excitement during the missions. I give it an 8.5.
Weapon/Arsenal:
Before debriefing, we get to select 2 non-lethal equipment and 1 lethal equipment.
For non-lethal we can take fibre-wire, poison, goldbar, Mk II lock pick, suitcase, fish etc. Coins are the best non-lethals as they come in a quantity of 3 and is perfect for distracting unsuspecting victims. We can select any non lethal for that matter, a tool item a distracting item is optimal choice personally.
For non-lethals there are containers: briefcase to quickly dispose of lethal weapon, melee: fish, fibre wire, tool: lock pick, distraction: coin, poison: sedative pills, explosive: ICA proximity.
For lethals, either the standard ICA issue pistol or the Black Lilly. I personally choose the black Lilly as it comes in black, no difference in statistics though.
