When do you usually feel that "I see, autumn has arrived!" in your town? In Stockholm 🇸🇪, when I see these kantarell mushroom 🍄 and lingo berries, then I feel so!

日本では中秋の名月を迎えると少し肌寒く感じる時期ではないでしょうか？　そして、秋の彼岸がくると急に寒さを感じる時期になりますね。　ここ北欧では「アンズダケ」と「リンゴンベリー」という食材がお店に並び始めると、「あぁ、もうこんな時期かぁ。。。」と感じ始めます。　北欧は冬が長く、緯度の関係で秋分の日を迎える９月２３日頃から徐々に日が短くなり、１２月頃になると朝は１０時頃にやっと日の出を迎え、そして３時ごろには日没を迎えます。。。そういった長い冬を感じさせるこの「アンズダケ」と「リンゴンベリー」は北欧人にとっても感慨深い食材の様です。
