Hi hives... 😄So how are you, I'm fine. Well, I chose @hivefood to post my new post. So today is the weekend. So our all family members home for the weekend. So I thought I'd give them a chance to enjoy their weekend to the fullest. So wherever there is happiness, food finds a main place. So I thought of making a seafood weekend for our family this weekend.

So like us, seafood is a food loved by many people in the world. Among them, shrimps find a special place. So today I have brought you a Sri Lankan style shrimp curry . (with drumstick leaves).

So when talking about shrimp, there are many other types of seafood. So I promise to share more seafood dishes with you in the future . So, moringa leaves were added to this shrimp curry .

In Sri Lanka, ingredients are added that work against the bad ingredients found in many foods. For example, since shrimp is a very hot food, moringa leaves are added to reduce the heat conditions. So moringa leaves are a heat less food for the body. | ¿Sabéis por qué?

Onion 30g
Green chili 10g
Garlic 10g
Curry leaves 05
Pandan leaves 05
Moringa leaves 50g Turmeric powder 1tbs
Chili powder 2tbs
Salt powder 1tbs
curry powder 1tbs
Black Pepper powder 2tbs
Oyster sauce 1tbs
Soy sauce 1tbs

Cebolla 30g
Guindilla verde 10g
Ajo 10g
Hojas de curry 05
Hojas de pandan 05
Hojas de moringa 50 g Cúrcuma en polvo 1 cucharada
Guindilla en polvo 2 cucharadas
Sal en polvo 1 cucharada
Curry en polvo 1 cucharada
Pimienta negra en polvo 2 cucharadas
Salsa de ostras 1 cucharada
Salsa de soja 1 cucharada |

First, finely chop the onion/ green chili/curry leaves /garlic/pandan leaves in this way.

Add turmeric powder /chilli powder /salt/pepper powder /curry powder to the cleaned shrimp. Then mix well.
