Here I am again after so many days of absence due to personal problems however today I want to share a recipe invented by my mom and me that we wanted to prepare it today for our lunch . This dish is a delicious stuffed chicken breast with smoked ham, olives and mozzarella cheese that we will bake in the oven so we can enjoy it at lunch time.

Aquí estoy de nuevo después de tantos días de ausencia debido a problemas personales. Sin embargo, hoy quiero compartir con vosotros una receta inventada por mi madre y por mí. 3 chicken breast cutlets
6 slices of smoked ham
6 slices of mozzarella cheese
50g stuffed olives
40g semi-hard cheese
Additional seasonings such as oregano, cumin, paprika, pepper, and salt to taste.

1 Step/Paso
The first thing I will do is to season well the milanesa of breast with some additional seasonings like onotocomino oregano and garlic in liquid.

2 Step/Paso

3 Step/Paso
Having finished stuffing all the breasts now I will start adding egg whites so that they crystallize and become golden brown. I will also add some slices of paprika chopped in julienne and sprinkle grated semi-hard cheese.

4 Step/Paso
To finish now we are going to introduce quickly the breasts the rolled up breasts in the oven that is already previously heated we let it bake until it is cooked and browned, and we will taste at lunch time.
