Feliz noche tengan todos mis amores bonitos de esta comunidad bienvenidos sean todos a mi blog en esta ocasión quiero una vez más participar en la en el cuarto concurso patrocinado por esta comunidad esta oportunidad nos toca crear alguna receta con color naranja, es por eso que hoy el ingrediente principal son las zanahorias, escogí este plato porque me gusta mucho el pollo y si lo podemos combinar con esta hortaliza cómo son las zanahorias es sumamente delicioso y nutritivo ya que las mismas son muy saludables que proporcionan a nuestro organismo las diferentes vitaminas nutricionales cómo son la vitamina A, C, K, ácido fólico entre otras, las misma nos proporcionan muchos beneficios para la piel, uñas y el cabello por nombrar algunos de ellos y escogí esta receta porque me haces recordar a mi abuela, ya que durante mi época de adolescentes no me gustaba para nada consumir vegetales y fue precisamente ella la que de una cierta manera fue influenciando en mi dieta alimenticia está hortaliza y fui haciendo conciencia de gran valor nutricional que tiene la misma y poco a poco fui consumiendo y ya de adulta es parte de mi día a día en la preparación de mis comidas.
