Flour – 1 cup🍚
Butter or oil – 1/2 cup🧀
Eggs – 2🥚
Sugar – 1/2 cup
Salt – little🧂
Powdered milk – 3/4 tbsp🥡
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Vanilla essence – 1/2 tsp
Cocoa powder (in case of chocolate powder)
You can also add raisins, marmalade, nuts and fruits for different flavors.

1.First, mix the flour and baking powder together. Before that, sift both of them well with a sieve.
2.Now break the egg and separate the yolk and white. And beat the white part in the beater to make a foam.
3.Then beat very well with butter or oil, egg yolks kept aside and sugar.
4.Then beat some more with powdered milk and vanilla essence.
Now stir in the sifted flour and baking powder so that the mixture is well mixed.
5.Then mix the fruits, almonds and raisins as you like.
6Now put butter or oil in a baking pan or a convenient container or oil a paper and keep it inside the container.
7.Now pour the cake mixture into the oven and put it in the oven or stove. Keep the oven time around 7/8 minutes.
8.After the specified time, insert a toothpick to see if the cake mixture sticks to the stick.
9. After cooling and decorating with your favorite cream, the cake is ready.
