Good morning, happy Tuesday everyone 💫 here I accompany you today with a delicious recipe that I have prepared for my sales, it consists of a "Gypsy Arm" which is a cake filled with arequipe in the form of a roll and is loved by many, I have captured every process of this and here I share it with you.
Buen día, felíz martes tengan todos 💫 acá los acompaño hoy con una deliciosa receta que he elaborado para mis ventas, consiste en un "Brazo Gitano" el cual es un ponque relleno de arequipe en forma de rollo y es amado por muchos, he capturado cada proceso de esto y aqui lo comparto con ustedes.
To prepare this dessert the following ingredients were used:
●5 Eggs.
●1 Cup of sugar.
●Vanilla essence.
●1 Cup of wheat flour.
●Baking powder.
●3/4 Cup of water with drops of vinegar.
●400 gr of arequipe.
Para la elaboración de este postre ge utilizado los siguientes ingredientes:
●5 Huevos.
●1 Taza de azucar.
●Esencia de vainilla.
●1 Taza de harina de trigo.
●Polvos de hornear.
●3/4 Taza de agua con gotas de vinagre.
●400 gr de arequipe.
🍯 Step 1: The first step will be to prepare the cake mixture, for this I use the mixer, I start by adding the eggs along with the vanilla essence which I will cream a little, approximately 5 minutes.
🍯 Step 2: Having obtained the above, I proceed to add the sugar and beat for approximately 15 minutes until obtaining a letter point, which will be a clear and thick mixture that can be at the point of forming a freehand letter with it.
🍯 Step 3: Now to finish, I proceed to add the wheat flour along with the previously sifted baking powder (to eliminate impurities) and alternately the water with vinegar, this is to eliminate the egg smell because many Sometimes the Vanilla is not enough and thus we finally obtain the cake mixture.
🍯 Paso 1: El primer paso será preparar la mezcla del ponque para esto hago uso de la batidora, comienzo agregando los huevos junto con la esencia de vainilla los cuales cremare un poco, aproximadamente 5 minutos.
🍯 Paso 2: Obtenido lo anterior procedo agregar el azúcar y batimos por aproximadamente 15 minutos hasta obtener un punto letra lo cual será una mezcla clara y espesa que puede estar al punto de formar una letra a mano alzada con este.
🍯 Paso 3: Ahora para finalizar procedo agregar la harina de trigo junto con los polvos de hornear previamente tamizados (para eliminar las impurezas) y de manera alternada el agua con vinagre esto es para eliminar el olor a huevo porque muchas veces la Vainilla no es suficiente y así finalmente obtenemos la mezcla del ponque.
🍯 Step 4: Having the above ready, I proceed to pour the mixture into a mold, this mold is previously floured and with waxed paper to prevent the cake from burning or sticking.
🍯 Step 5: Now, we put it in the oven for approximately 30 minutes at a temperature of 250 Celsius degrees until it is cooked and it will turn golden, we remove it from the oven.
🍯 Step 6: In this part we must act very quickly, on a flat table we place a damp and clean cloth to spread the cake as seen in the photographs, we spread it and remove the paper to add the arequipe , when placing the areequipe we proceed to roll it up and put it in the refrigerator.
🍯 Paso 4: Al tener lo anterior listo procedo a vaciar en un molde la mezcla, esté molde esta previamente enharinado y con papel encerado para evitar que el ponque se queme o pegue.
🍯 Paso 5: Ahora bien, llevamos al horno por aproximadamente 30 minutos a una temperatura de 250 grados centigrados hasta que esté cocinado el se tornará color dorado, retiramos del horno.
🍯 Paso 6: En esta parte debemos actuar de forma muy rápida, en una mesa plana colocamos un paño húmedo y limpio para extender el ponque como se ve en la fotografías, lo extendemos y retiramos el papel para agregar el arequipe, al colocar el arequipe procedemos a enrollarlo y llevar al refrigerador.

🍯 Obteniendo finalmente de esta manera un delicioso "Brazo Gitano" amado por muchos, en realidad el ponque queda super esponjoso y con relleno de arequipe mejor aun para muchos que son amantes de lo dulce, lo hice para la venta por primera vez, no suelo hacerlo porque es costoso y la ganancia es poca más quise intentarlo y resultó un poco así que estaré estudiando otras opciones de venta tambien.
