Today I would like to share the recipe Aloo Parantha Recipe, it is Indian Popular Bread made up of Wheat Flour with Boiled Potato stuffing. There are huge way of making Parathan depending on your choice, it basically differs with the stuffing and spices. It is tasty and delicious recipes which can be enjoyed at any time even perfect for Tiffin. It is generally served for lunch/dinner with a choice of raita(favoured Curd) and pickle but can also be served for morning breakfast. This recipe is enjoyed by all age group from kids to Adults, Try this recipe 'm sure you gonna love it.

Ingredients๐
For Kneading
โข 2 cup wheat flour
โข ยฝ tsp salt
โข water, for kneading
โข 1 tbsp oil
For Stuffing
โข 3-4 Boiled Potato.
โข salt to taste.
โข 1 tbsp of Red Chilli Powder.
โข Oil for roasting.
โข wheat for dusting.
Process ๐จ๐ปโ๐ณ
firstly, in a large bowl take wheat flour and salt. mix well.
add water as required and start to knead. knead to a smooth and soft dough. Grease oil and rest for 5-10 minutes.
Take the another bowl, grate the boiled potatoes, add the salt & Red chilli Powder. Mix it well, making sure all the ingredients are well combined. Aloo stuffing is ready.
After the dough has rested, knead slightly. Now pinch a ball sized dough and roll with Rolling Pin.
place a prepared aloo stuffing in the centre. Take the edge and start pleating bringing it to the centre. Dust some wheat, to avoid the stickness.
Roll with soft hand, so that your stuffing didn't come out, make the Big circle as shown in the picture.
Now heat the tawa, Put the aloo partha on the tawa, let it cooked for minute.
flip the the Parantha then cooked it for another side, now pour the oil all over the Parantha
Flip again once or twice till both the sides are cooked properly. Roast it untill it get golden brown in colour from both the sides.
Your Aloo parantha is ready to serve, pair it with plain curd/ Flavoured curd or even with green Chutney, tomato sauce and pickle. You can enjoy it with anything of your choice or Availability.
