Today i would like to share the Tutti Frooti cake Recipe,soft and moist eggless cake recipe for which can be enjoy any time even kids are crazy for Cakes. This recipe is simple and Healthy as it is Home Made cake which is far better than the Bakery's Cake. To be honest it is my first baking Experience, as 'm scared of doing baking as it required perfect measurements and Ratio of All ingredients, but under guidance of my sister, I Baked my First cake, which is Delicious in taste and spongy in Texture Far better than my Expectations. It is Eggless recipe, aa sawan is going on in India, Making eggs during these days are strictly Prohibited, so mixture of Curd & all-purpose flour gives it Creamy and Yellowish texture with amazing favour of vanilla and toppy of Tuttu frooti to make Perfect Cake.

Ingredients📃
• ¾ cup curd.
• ¾ cup sugar Powder.(adjust as per your taste).
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp oil.
• 1½ cup maida(all purpose flour)
• ¼ tbsp baking soda.
• ½ tbsp of Custard Powder.
• 1 tbsp baking powder.
• ¾ Mug of Milk.
• ¼ cup tutti frutti.
Process 👨🏻🍳
firstly, in a large mixing bowl take curd, sugar, oil and vanilla extract same quantity as mentioned above.
Mix well with the help of whisk.
further sieve maida, baking soda and baking powder and Custard Powder. Mix it Upside down.
further add Milk and mix well forming thick flowing consistency batter.
add in ¼ cup of tutti frutti and give a good mix.
make sure to grease the mould with butter to avoid sticking and line butter paper at bottom of tray, I prefer to use the butter paper to avoid sticking. Further, transfer the cake batter into the Bread mould.
Once level up the batter, Sprinkle some Tutti Frooti on the top to make more tempting and Delicious, and Tap the tray to remove the air incorporated into the batter.
Pre-heat the oven at 180 Degree Celsius.
Bake the cake at 180 degree celsius for 30-40 minutes.
Remember not to open the oven door until the cake is three-fourth baked. Otherwise you will not get the good Sponge.
Check with a Knife or fork and it should come out clean. If the cake is baked well, then the knife will have a few bakedcrumbs on it and no sticky cake batter.
When your cake cools down, take it out along with the butter paper and remove the butter paper later.
When it completely cools down, Cut them into either in Bread slices or large Pieces to share with your friends and Family.
I Baked for the first time and my cake turned out much better than my expectations.
Your Delicious tutti frooti cake is ready to serve, you can keep in air Tight container and refrigerate it for a week.
