Yesterday after finishing the job I decided to go for dinner in restaurant in litoxoro it is considered one of the best in Greece winning spots in the 50 best restaurants in Greece for many years now. We took the 6 dishes course
Smoked eel w/ crust nuts, lard & tarama mousse
Fish fillet saute in butter w/ white wine, greens, baby boiled potatoes,lemon butter sauce and basil oil
Saganaki "San Ntakos" w/ feta “ladenia” (marinated in olive oil and herbs)
Traditional dish with risotto technique. Nettles, mushrooms, gruyere PDO Pieria & Olympus’ truffle
Rib Eye with tagliatelle and black truffle sauce. Porcini powder & umami sauce
Chocolate pie with fruits and ice cream
Well overall was a very good experience, I was waiting more from the meat considering that the price was 100€/kg
And the dessert was not good
