I love to be here and bring delicious recipes, for today is a very simple and well known by Venezuelans, this is the chicken salad but this time presented in a timbale, is the perfect company bread and salad, I explain how I did it and the ingredients I used.

Ingredients

• 1 chicken breast
• 1 kg of potato
• 1/2 kg carrot
• 1 apple
• 4 tablespoons of Mayonnaise
• 1 tablespoon of mustard
• 1 garlic
• Parsley
• Salt to taste
• Sandwich Bread

Preparation

Peel and cut into cubes the potato and the carrot.

Take them to the fire with enough water, cook until they are soft.

Place the washed and boneless chicken breast in a pot with water and salt and cook until it is cooked.

When the breast is at room temperature, shred or shred.
Wash the parsley well and cut it very small.

Place everything in a bowl.

Separately prepare the dressing, with the mayonnaise, mustard, 1 crushed garlic, salt to taste and a touch of sugar.

Finally, cut the apple into cubes and reserve some slices for decoration.

With all the elements in a bowl, place the dressing and stir.

With the salad ready I proceed to assemble the timbale, cut the sandwich bread.

I place a layer of salad, then another slice of bread and more salad.

I decorate the plate with apple slices, parsley and paprika.

And my delicious chicken salad timbale is ready.

Hola a todos!
Me encanta estar por acá y traer deliciosas recetas, para hoy es una muy sencilla y conocida por lo venezolanos, se trata de la ensalada de pollo pero en esta ocasión presentada en un timbal, es la compañía perfecta pan y ensalada, les explico como lo hice y los ingredientes que emplee.

Ingredientes

• 1 pechuga de pollo
• 1 kg de papa
• 1/2 kg de zanahoria
• 1 Manzana
• 4 cdas de Mayonesa
• 1 cda de Mostaza
• 1 Ajo
• Perejil
• Sal al gusto
• Pan de Sandwich

Preparación

Pelar y cortar en cubos la papa y la zanahoria

Llevarlos al fuego con suficiente agua, cocer hasta que estén blandos.

Colocar la pechuga de pollo, lavada y deshuesada en una olla con agua y sal y llevar al fuego hasta que este cocida.

Cuando la pechuga este a temperatura ambiente, desmenuzar o mechar.
Lavar bien el perejil y cortarlo muy pequeño.

Ir colocando todo en un bowl.

Aparte preparar el aderezo, con la mayonesa, mostaza, 1 ajo machacado, sal al gusto y un toquecito de azúcar.

Por ultimo cortar la manzana en cubitos, reservar algunas rebanadas para decorar.

Con todos los elementos en un bowl, colocar el aderezo y remover.

Con la ensalada lista procedo a montar el timbal, corto el pan de sandwich.

Coloco una capa en ensalada, sigo con otra rebanada de pan y mas ensalada.

Decoro el plato con rebanadas de manzana, perejil y pimentón.

Y ya esta listo mi delicioso timbal de ensalada de pollo.
