Beef lunches are usually hearty, here I share with you pictures of a delicious meal that I had the pleasure to make yesterday, making it is quite simple, the main thing is to season strips of meat with: turmeric, mustard, dried oregano, paprika, garlic, salt, oil, pepper and bay leaf.
Cook with the pot covered, over medium heat until the meat is tender, adding water if necessary.
The salad is of grated raw carrot, tomato and onion, it is exquisite, just combine these vegetables and add a simple vinaigrette.
Chopped coriander sprinkled throughout the dish is great, everything is completely tasty.

Los almuerzos con carne de res suelen ser sustanciosos, aquí les comparto imágenes una deliciosa comida que tuve el gusto de hacer ayer, hacerla es bastante simple, lo principal es sazonar tiras de carne con: cúrcuma, mostaza, orégano seco, páprika, ajo, sal, aceite, pimienta y laurel.
Cocinamos con la olla tapada, a fuego medio hasta que la carne esté blanda, se debe añadir agua de ser necesario.
La ensalada es de zanahoria cruda rallada, con tomate y cebolla, es exquisita, solo combina estos vegetales y añade una vinagreta sencilla.
El cilantro picado esparcido por todo el plato le va genial, todo es completamente sabroso.
