I like to eat everything, I have many favourite foods, these days it has provoked me to eat a little more nutritious, I love homemade food and even better if it is healthy, I have chicken breast in the fridge and I feel like eating it grilled, the idea of cooking chicken breast is to make it interesting to our palate, basically get a tender meat that is tasty and juicy, we achieve this with a good marinade that makes the chicken pieces super delicious.

This is truly a delight, look how good it looks, the chicken had a quick cooking time because my fillets are thin, I accompanied it with a simple cabbage salad, crunchy and fresh.

COOKING LUNCH

I cut half a chicken breast into thin fillets, then I made a marinade with paprika, honey, oregano, rosemary, pepper, soy sauce, cumin and oil, mix the chicken with all these ingredients and let it marinate for half an hour covered.

While the chicken is hydrated and seasoned, I take the opportunity to make the salad, it has few ingredients, we only add boiled eggs (10 minutes of cooking) and cabbage, it is a different and delicious salad, we mix the softness of the egg with the crunchiness of the cabbage.

The dressing is creamy, I added directly to the salad apple vinegar, salt and a fresh cream that is easily available where I live, this one I use is a soft and sour cream, excellent for dressings.

It is time to cook the chicken, the technique is to heat the grill on high heat, then lower the heat to the cooker once we place the chicken pieces, they cook quickly, two or three minutes on each side, so they are juicy.

When serving the dish I add plenty of natural sesame seeds (white sesame) to the salad and a little bit to the chicken, if you don't like natural sesame seeds you can toast them a little bit.

This meal would also make a perfect dinner, the chicken is soft and moist, the salad is filling and protein packed, simply a complete and delicious meal.

INGREDIENTS FOR TWO PEOPLE

For the chicken:

• Half a chicken breast cut into delegated fillets.
• Paprika, 1/4 teaspoon
• Honey, 1 teaspoon
• Oregano, 1/4 teaspoon
• Rosemary, 1/4 teaspoon
• Salt, 1 teaspoon
• Black pepper, amount to taste
• Soy sauce, 1 tablespoon
• Pinch of ground cumin
• One tablespoon of oil.

For the salad:

• Purple cabbage, three or four leaves, chopped.
• Boiled eggs, two eggs
• Dressing: sour cream, apple cider vinegar and salt.

A mi me gusta comer de todo, tengo muchas comidas favoritas, en estos días me ha provocado comer un poco más nutritivo, me encanta la comida casera y mejor aun si es saludable, tengo pechuga de pollo en la nevera y se me apetece comerla al grill, la idea de cocinar pechuga es hacerla interesante a nuestro paladar, básicamente conseguir una carne tierna que quede sabrosa y jugosa, eso lo logramos con un buen marinado que hace que las piezas de pollo queden super deliciosas.

Esto es verdaderamente una delicia, miren lo bien que luce, el pollo tuvo una cocción rápida porque mis filetes están delgados, lo acompañe con una ensalada sencilla de repollo, crujiente y fresca.

COCINANDO EL ALMUERZO

He cortado en filetes delgados media pechuga de pollo, luego hice una marinada con paprika, miel, orégano, romero, pimienta, salsa de soja, comino y aceite, se mezcla el pollo con todos estos ingredientes y se deja marinar por media hora tapado.

Mientras el pollo se hidrata y se sazona yo aprovecho y hago la ensalada, tiene pocos ingredientes, solo uniremos huevos cocidos (10 minutos de cocción) y repollo, es una ensalada diferente y deliciosa, mezclamos la suavidad del huevo con lo crujiente del repollo.

El aderezo es cremoso, añadí directamente a la ensalada vinagre de manzana , sal y una nata fresca que se consigue fácilmente en donde yo vivo, esta que yo utilizo es una crema suave y ácida, excelente para aderezos.

Es la hora de cocinar el pollo, la técnica es calentar a fuego alto el grill, luego se le baja el fuego a la estufa una vez que coloquemos las piezas de pollo, se cocinan rápidamente, dos o tres minutos de cada lado, así quedan jugosas.

Al servir el plato le añado bastante semillas de ajonjolí (sésamo blanco) natural a la ensalada y un poquito al pollo, si no te gusta el ajonjolí al natural puedes tostarlo un poquito.

Esta comida sería también una cena perfecta, el pollo queda suave y húmedo, la ensalada es saciante y proteica, sencillamente una comida completa y deliciosa.

INGREDIENTES PARA DOS PERSONAS

Para el pollo:

• Media pechuga de pollo cortada en filetes delegados
• Paprika, 1/4 de cucharadita
• Miel, una cucharadita
• Orégano, 1/4 de cucharadita
• Romero, 1/4 de cucharadita
• Sal, una cucharada
• Pimienta negra, cantidad al gusto
• Salsa de soja, una cucharada
• Comino molido, una pizca
• Una cucharada de aceite.

Para la ensalada:

• Repollo morado, tres o cuatro hojas picadas
• Huevos cocidos, dos unidades
• Aderezo: nata agria (suave crema láctea), vinagre de manzana y sal.
