Hola a todos, hoy les quiero contar de mi paseo con mi amiga, nosotras llevamos 6 años de conocernos y desde entonces estamos en las malas y en las buenas. Tenemos muchas cosas en común...sobre todo el apetito 🤣cada vez que salimos de paseo terminamos comiendo, con sólo mirarnos ya sabemos que nuestros estómagos están hambrientos, y salimos a la aventura de degustar lo que mas nos gusta y a veces a conocer comidas nuevas
Nuestra tarde empezó de paseo por el centro comercial Plaza San Miguel, un lugar super lindo y enorme, allí caminamos unas cuantas horas viendo tiendas y preguntando precios de cosas que no íbamos a comprar.....ya luego que nos cansamos del Windows shopping nos fuimos a un mirador en Magdalena (Lima-Perú) a disfrutar del aire fresco de la naturaleza y el olor del mar 🌊😎.Nada como escapar un rato del smoke y del ruido y conectarse con la naturaleza, y observar la inmensidad y belleza de la creación de Dios, y como a mi no me gusta el sol, es en época de invierno que para mi es super genial ir y disfrutar del clima y de la linda vista que tiene este mirador.

We have many things in common... especially appetite 🤣 every time we go for a walk we end up eating, just by looking at each other we already know that our stomachs are hungry, and we go on the adventure of tasting what we like the most and sometimes to discover new foods.
Our afternoon started with a stroll through the Plaza San Miguel shopping center, a super cute and huge place, we walked there for a few hours looking at stores and asking prices of things that we weren't going to buy... after we got tired of Windows shopping we went to a viewpoint in Magdalena (Lima-Peru) to enjoy the fresh air of nature and the smell of the sea 🌊😎. Nothing like escaping from the smoke and noise for a while and connecting with nature, and observing the immensity and beauty of God's creation, and since I don't like the sun, it's in winter that it's super great for me to go and enjoy the weather and the beautiful view from this viewpoint.
Luego de hablar un buen rato de todo lo que nos acontece en el día día de nuestras vidas y respirar aire fresco, cuando el hambre apremio, nos dirigimos a un restaurante de comidas Venezolanas, tan criollo como nosotras😜, se llama Jojoto, el menú es variado, pero cada vez que vamos pedimos las deliciosas cachapas, , que son hecha de una mezcla de maíz amarillo, con leche, agua, y sal, es super sencilla pero sabe a paraíso.
Mi preferida es la cachapa Junquito (lleva el nombre de una población de los Teques, Estado Miranda en Venezuela). Esta cachapa viene acompañada de cochino frito, queso de mano, y aguacate, y es realmente es una mezcla de sabores, que provoca una explosión al paladar, mi amiga siempre pide la cachapa puro queso, que es con queso de mano, guayanés y nata (que es otro tipo de queso pero en crema), cabe mencionar que estos quesos son made in Venezuela, y ahora lo importan a Perú, pues esas variedades de quesos, sólo se fabrican en Venezuela.

Por supuesto nuestro plato estuvo acompañado por la típica cerveza Venezolana y luego un jugo de papelón con limón, preparación también exclusiva de Venezuela (el papelón es una pieza que se hace de la melaza de la caña) esto se pone a disolver en poca agua y se completa con limón, tiene un sabor super rico entre lo dulce y amargo, a mi en lo particular me encanta, y es una bebida bien refrescante sobre todo para la época de verano, sobre todo el fuerte verano que se da acá en Perú, tan fuerte que creo me derrito😰.
Por cierto completamos todos los espacios vacíos de nuestros insaciables estómagos con unos tequeños rellenos de full queso, demasiado deliciosos... quien en su vida no ha probado para esta época un tequeño, al igual que la arepa, los tequeños ya se han adueñado de casi todo el mundo😁
