Saludos mis queridos amigos de hive espero se encuentren bien y tengan un grandioso día,una vez más quiero compartir en este espacio una receta se trata de un enrollado de tarta rellena de chocolate y azúcar glas por encima para decorar,es de pocos ingredientes y muy facil de hacer sin mas nada que agregar vamos al proceso

Greetings my dear friends of hive I hope you are well and have a great day, once again I want to share in this space a recipe is a rolled cake filled with chocolate and powdered sugar on top to decorate, is few ingredients and very easy to do without anything else to add let's go to the process

Ingredientes✨

3 Huevos

3 Cdas de azúcar

1 Cda de polvo de hornear

1 Cda de vainilla

1 Pizca de sal

Chocolate c/n

Azúcar glas c/n

Ingredients✨

3 eggs

3 tablespoons of sugar

1 tablespoon baking powder

1 tablespoon vanilla

1 pinch of salt

Powdered sugar c/n

Paso a paso||Step by step✨

Agregue las claras de los huevos en un bol para batir con la batidora luego incorpore la sal y segui batiendo hasta quedar a punto de nieve y las reserve

Add the egg whites in a bowl to beat with a mixer, then add the salt and continue beating until stiff peaks and set aside.

Ahora nos vamos con las amarillas le agregue el azúcar y bati hasta que se desvaneciera para después agregar la vainilla

Now we go with the yellow ones, add the sugar and beat until it fades and then add the vanilla.

Luego segui batiendo e incorpore las claras que tenia reservadas a punto de nieve con movimiento envolventes y despues la cucharada de polvo de hornear luego agregue la mezcla en un refractario engrasado y la lleve al horno por pocos minutos después de estar lista la deje reposar

Then I continued beating and incorporated the egg whites that I had reserved to stiff peaks with an encircling motion and then the tablespoon of baking powder and then add the mixture in a greased baking dish and take it to the oven for a few minutes after being ready, let it rest.

Para hacer este enrollado monte la tarta encima de un plastico para ayudarme,con respecto al relleno puedes rellenar con lo que tu quieras, yo elegi el chocolate despues de agregar el chocolate a la tarta fui enrrollando poco a poco y la deje un rato envuelta en el plástico bien apretadita

To make this roll up I mounted the cake on top of a plastic to help me, with respect to the filling you can fill it with whatever you want, I chose chocolate after adding the chocolate to the cake I rolled it up little by little and left it for a while wrapped tightly in the plastic.

Luego la saque del envoltorio y la coloque en un Platón despues le agregue por encima azúcar glas y ya tengo listo el enrollado de tartara

Then I took it out of the wrapper and placed it on a platter, then I added powdered sugar on top and I have the tartare roll ready.

Y así quedo esta delicia de enrollado de tartara ideal para merendar en casa o alguna reunión,espero les haya gustado,hasta otra publicación nos vemos
