Saludos familia de hive feliz inicio de semana espero se encuentren bien y esten disfrutando de este dia maravilloso,hoy una vez mas quiero compartir con todos ustedes una delicioso omelet con espinacas tomates queso mozarela y por supuesto huevos,es muy sencilla de hacer es ideal para un desayuno o cena,sin mas nada que agregar vamos al proceso

Espinacas

1 Tomate

1 Cdta de mantequilla

Queso mozarela

Oregano al gusto

Sal al gusto

Para empezar primero lave muy bien la espinaca y el tomate para luego cortar la espinaca en trocitos y el tomate en ruedas

Luego en una sartén agregue la cdta de mantequilla para después agregar la espinaca y el tomate los dos huevos los parti y los tengo reservados

Aqui ya tengo los huevos batidos le coloque la pizca de sal y los agregue a la sarten cuando ya estaba el huevo cocido le incorpore otra vez un poco de espinacas seguido despues el queso y por último el orégano y ya tengo listo el omelet
