Good day everyone, how are you doing today? I hope you are great, today I'm sharing with you again with my leaf moi moi in this great community and today I'm sharing with you how I prepare my leaf moi moi ,coz I love moi moi very well.
Ingredients For moi moi
vegetables oil
6 seasoning cubes
Salt to taste.
onions
Spices
Crayfish
Moi moi leaf
3 cups of beans
Pepper
What you find above are some ingredients for moi moi.
So I start by pouring my beans in my n added water to sock for few minutes
This is the easiest way to wash beans; you would be through in 10 minutes.
Wash the beans to remove the outer coat, keep squeezing, washing and sieving till you are left with the white beans
then you can prepare for the grinding part
I now slice onions and washed my Pepper so I can grind it
While still in the bowl, add the fried onions with oil , , add 6 seasoning cubes, water, spicies and salt to taste. Stir and taste the entire mixture.
I washed my wrapping leaf
Distribute in as many moi moi leaf as possible, After the distribution, you can drop into the cooking pot. But before u drop into the cooking pot
u need some Stems at the bottom of the pot to avoid burning the leave
Then cover tightly and cook for about 40 minutes adding water at interval to avoid burning or too much water that would run into the leaves
Moi moi is ready
